Cancellation of any order and/or partial cancellation may be requested through by call or message. Once order is shipped or packed, it may not be cancelled. QM STORE has the discretion of cancellation of the order. Though QM STORE always try to provide satisfaction to customers through proper implementation of the policy.

The Same discretion in return policy as above the QM STORE has. Order may be returned if it is same and intact then Customer will get full refund except courier fees of returning the order. Customer will have to pay return courier fees as applicable. After assessment of returned courier, customer will be contacted and informed about the status of returned order.  The payment of returned product will be sent after receiving it to us. The payment will be returned before 7 days or it may take more time. Customer will get his money back through UPI or as a available options that time to QM STORE.
